Staffing

Guardian Angels Home Care employs a thorough process before employing any staff for our team. They go through meticulous screening phases, monitoring and requirements. We are members of the BBB and NAHC.
Screening

  • Interview (including work history)
  • License Verification
  • Criminal Background Check
  • Knowledge of Practicum Test
  • At least two (2) work references
  • Proof of current CPR Certification (Or any applicable)
  • Physical Exam (Including for Rubella, Rubella, Varicella and Hepatitis B (and declination), PPD and Urine Drug Screen)

Monitoring
Guardian Angels Home Care conducts regular and routine performance appraisals in order to ensure that our employee’s skills are up to par and updated.

Items Required when Submitting an Application
You are required to supply Guardian Angels Home Care with the following:

  • Transportation
  • Current RN, LPN, or DHR License or CNA Certification (whichever applies to your position applied for)
  • Current First Aid and CPR Card
  • Photo ID (Driver’s license preferred)
  • Social Security Card
  • Current Physical Exam (taken within the last year)
  • Chest X-Ray
  • 3 Professional or personal references (Full names, addresses and contact information)
  • For Personal Support Aides they will need to provide Automobile Insurance Verification and a valid Georgia Driver’s License
